Registration fee refunds will be given, less a 15% processing fee, if notice is provided to McKenna Project 21 days in advance of the seminar begin date. No refunds can be given if cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to the seminar begin date, or if a registrant fails to attend.

Registration can be transferred to a colleague. Simply contact McKenna Project of your intent to send a colleague in your place.

Seminar content may be amended in response to attendee and faculty suggestions.

McKenna Project reserves the right to reschedule or cancel seminars or close registrations due to inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war, curtailment of transportation, national or local emergencies or when seminars have reached attendance capacity.

Travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the attendee. Every effort will be made to present the scheduled seminars. However, in the event of a date change or cancellation of any presentation, McKenna Project is not responsible for travel and/or hotel costs incurred by the registrant
